0920w.cn offers a 14-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date.
To ensure eligibility, products have to be unused, in excellent condition, in their original packaging, and with the label intact. It is important to note that the company reserves the right to reject any item that goes against this criteria. Anything related to the delivery of your order must also be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of reception.
Customers should be aware that parcels returned after the specified time frame will be declined and sent back to the sender. The sender is solely responsible for covering the costs and risks associated with the return of the product(s).
Return & Exchange Procedure
To initiate a return, *Only orders that have been previously registered and authorized will be accepted upon arrival at our warehouse.
Once approved, clients can download and print the shipping label that will automatically be sent to their email address.
The package can be returned from the nearest DHL or post express portal drop-off point or, if preferred, arrange a collection by visiting the DHL or post express portal website and entering the Waybill number from the label. It's strongly recommended to keep a copy of the proof of postage.
The sender is solely responsible for covering the costs unless it is the quality of the goods or our fault caused by the problem of all costs shall be borne by us.
Refunds
Returned orders will be processed within approximately 1-7 business days from the reception. An email confirmation will be sent when the return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original customer's form of payment. within 2 to 15 business days.
